What we liked
- + 350W motor with pedal gives beginners real wheel-throwing practice at home
- + Compact 25CM head keeps the machine light enough to store in a closet
- + Includes the pedal so there is no extra accessory to buy before starting
Trade-offs
- - Very similar to other generic 25CM wheels, so brand support is limited
- - Splash control is basic, so expect to protect the floor and table
