What we liked
- + Made by Kemper, a brand known for pottery and sculpting tools.
- + Sold as a single named fettling knife, so it is clearly the right tool type for this guide.
- + Listed as the soft version, which gives a choice alongside the hard-tempered knife in this guide.
Trade-offs
- - The listing is very short with no blade length, material or handle details, so specs are not confirmed.
- - Single knife, whereas the product it replaces was a set of two.
